AWS Consulting Services

Production AI on AWS, designed, migrated, and operated by the engineers you actually talk to.

AWS consulting services from AlphaCorp AI are engineering-led engagements that design, migrate, and operate production AI workloads on Amazon Web Services: architecture reviewed against the six-pillar AWS Well-Architected Framework, spend you can trace back to a feature, and agents and RAG pipelines that hold up under real traffic. They are built for technical leaders at mid-to-large companies in healthcare, financial services, SaaS, and logistics whose AWS estate outgrew its governance and who now have to ship generative AI on top of it. The engineer who scopes your engagement is the engineer who builds it.

Overview

What we build in an AWS consulting services engagement

AlphaCorp AI's AWS consulting services cover six pieces of work, and each one ends with something running in your account.

01

Well-Architected review and remediation

We score your workload against the six pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework, operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability, then fix the findings instead of handing you a slide deck.

02

Migration with the AI layer designed in

AWS widened its Migration Acceleration Program in 2026 to cover generative AI and agentic features inside modernized workloads. We plan the move so the AI layer is part of the target architecture from the first diagram.

03

AI agents running on AWS

Custom AI agents deployed with the guardrails, tracing, and per-call cost caps the agentic pattern needs before it touches customer data.

04

RAG pipelines over your AWS data

Retrieval-augmented generation built on RustyRAG, tuned for sub-200ms answers against your own documents, without exporting them anywhere.

05

MLOps and DevOps on AWS

Pipelines, environments, and deployment automation so the model you approved is the model that is serving.

06

Cost forecasting and spend attribution

Tagging, account structure, and dashboards that tie inference spend to the feature that caused it.

Process

How an AWS consulting services engagement runs

Four steps, and the same engineers throughout.

01

Working session and scope

A free call where you show us the accounts, the workload, and the AI feature you are being asked for. You leave with a written scope and a number.

02

Architecture review against the six pillars

We review the target workload pillar by pillar and rank findings by what they cost you in outages, spend, or security exposure.

03

Build, migrate, and instrument

We ship the migration or the AI workload in your account, with cost attribution and observability wired in before the first production request rather than bolted on after.

04

Handover and run

Runbooks, dashboards, and a walkthrough for your team, plus an optional managed period where we hold the pager.

Benefits

Why invest in AWS consulting services now

The bar for AWS consulting moved in 2025 and 2026, from migration throughput to shipping AI that works after the migration. Five reasons the timing matters.

01

Migrations finish sooner with program support

Customers using the AWS Migration Acceleration Program completed migrations 37% faster on average in 2025, after reaching a first milestone 41% faster in 2024, per AWS's 2026 partner program update.

02

Generative AI has a dated return figure

An AWS-commissioned figure cited on the 2026 partner blog reports a 240% three-year ROI and $16.5 million in benefits for generative AI implementations. Treat it as vendor-commissioned, and still notice that the number exists at all.

03

Agentic AI is now a formal AWS specialization

On November 30, 2025, AWS added an Agentic AI Consulting Services category to its AI Competency with 60 launch partners, and the number of AI Competency partners grew from 45 to 360 after the 2024 launch. Agents on AWS stopped being an experiment.

04

Untracked spend is the most common failure

The GAO's 2026 review found cost forecasting across environments to be the most frequently reported challenge among major federal agencies. Commercial accounts have the same problem; they just do not publish a report about it. An engagement that leaves you with per-feature attribution pays for itself on the next bill.

05

The vendor field just narrowed

AWS IQ, the marketplace for hiring individual certified freelancers, closed its console in May 2026. The lightweight option is gone, so the choice is now a studio that builds or an integrator that manages.

Why AlphaCorp AI

Why AlphaCorp AI instead of a global systems integrator

AlphaCorp AI is the studio behind RustyRAG, an open-source RAG engine that answers in under 200 milliseconds, and we bring that same production bias to AWS work. Founded by Ignas Vaitukaitis, the remote-first team is based in Rio de Janeiro and works US Eastern hours in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Partner tier badges measure bench size and sales volume. The published 2026 requirements on the AWS Partner Network services tiers page make that explicit: Select asks for four accredited individuals, two technical certifications, and three launched customer opportunities; Premier asks for twenty, twenty-five, and fifty. None of those rows tells you whether the person on your kickoff call will write the code.

The people you talk to are the people who build. No handoff from a sales engineer to a delivery bench. The engineer who reviewed your Well-Architected findings is the one fixing them.

AI workloads are the core skill, and AWS is where they run. Gartner's 2026 Magic Quadrant for Public Cloud Optimization and Transformation Services now scores 17 providers on AI, generative AI, and agentic capability. AlphaCorp AI started with agents and RAG and added AWS depth around them, which is the order that produces working systems.

The honest tradeoff. If your budget depends on enhanced Migration Acceleration Program incentives, AWS is prioritizing partners that hold the Migration and Modernization Competency for those benefits in 2026, and a global systems integrator or AWS Professional Services is the right call for a data-center-scale lift-and-shift. For the AI layer that has to keep working once the servers have moved, a team that builds it beats a larger one that manages it.

What AWS consulting services cost and how you pay for them

Scope sets the price, and the working session produces it before any contract. A Well-Architected review is a bounded piece of work and is priced like one. A migration with an agent or RAG layer attached is priced on the number of workloads, the data involved, and the compliance boundary, and AlphaCorp AI puts that figure in writing after the first session.

How you pay changed in 2026. Consulting bought through AWS Marketplace Professional Services lands on your existing AWS bill, supports time-and-materials billing and private offers, and AWS reports sellers there close deals 50% faster than through traditional procurement. In June 2026 AWS cut the Marketplace listing fee on professional-services private offers from 2.5% to 0.5% of pre-tax contract value, and by September 2026 it dropped the fee to 0% for professional services sold inside a qualifying multi-product solution.

Security and compliance in our AWS consulting services

AlphaCorp AI builds inside your AWS accounts, under your IAM policies and your authorization boundaries, so your data never leaves the environment you already control. Every engagement includes a review against the security pillar of the Well-Architected Framework, and findings are ranked by exposure before anything else.

For regulated and public-sector workloads, we scope to the boundary you are accountable for: GovCloud and FedRAMP authorization limits for US federal work, and region selection for sovereign-cloud requirements elsewhere. If a boundary rules out a service, the architecture changes. The boundary does not.

FAQ

AWS consulting services FAQs

What are AWS consulting services?

AWS consulting services are engagements where an outside engineering team designs, migrates, reviews, or operates workloads on Amazon Web Services on your behalf. At AlphaCorp AI, that means Well-Architected reviews, migrations with the AI layer designed in, agents and RAG pipelines deployed in your account, and cost attribution that ties spend to features. AWS also delivers this work through its in-house Professional Services arm and through a partner network of more than 100,000 organizations as of 2026.

How much do AWS consulting services cost?

Scope decides the cost, and a free working session with AlphaCorp AI produces a written number before any contract. A bounded Well-Architected review costs less than a multi-workload migration with an agent layer, and the compliance boundary moves the figure too. Consulting purchased through AWS Marketplace Professional Services lands on your AWS bill, and since June 2026 the Marketplace listing fee on private offers is 0.5% of contract value, or 0% inside qualifying multi-product solutions since September 2026.

How long does an AWS consulting engagement take?

Length follows scope: a single-workload Well-Architected review runs far shorter than a migration that adds generative AI features, and AlphaCorp AI commits to a timeline in the scope document after the working session. AWS's own program data gives a benchmark for the migration case, with Migration Acceleration Program customers completing migrations 37% faster on average in 2025. Instrumentation and cost attribution are built during the engagement, so they add no separate phase at the end.

How does AlphaCorp AI compare with AWS Professional Services?

AWS Professional Services uses direct AWS engineering staff, a 2026 agentic Delivery Agent, and centers of excellence for platforms like VMware and SAP, and it increasingly hands work to partner firms. AlphaCorp AI is an AI engineering studio where the engineers who scope the work build it, with agents and RAG as the core skill. Pick AWS Professional Services or a global integrator for enterprise-scale platform migrations. Pick AlphaCorp AI when the hard part is the AI workload that has to run on AWS afterward.

Will this work with our existing AWS accounts and tooling?

Yes. AlphaCorp AI works inside your existing AWS accounts, IAM structure, and CI/CD tooling rather than standing up a parallel environment. The first step of every engagement is a review of what is already running, scored against the six Well-Architected pillars, so the plan starts from your real estate instead of a reference architecture.

What happens after the AWS consulting engagement ends?

You receive runbooks, dashboards, and a handover walkthrough, and your team owns the workload. AlphaCorp AI offers an optional managed period afterward where we operate the system and hold the pager while your engineers take over. In AWS's most recent survey on the topic, from 2024, 52% of customers named managed-services capability as a factor in choosing a partner, so decide early whether you want that option scoped in.
